I'm pleased to be able to offer a few samples of "Kukla, Fran and Ollie," from the 1940s to the '60s. Though the image size may be small, many TV screens of the time weren't much bigger, so at least it's an authentic viewing experience - enjoy!Scroll down to choose a clip. After it starts playing, you can control it by right-clicking on the video image. (Each clip will play in a pop-up window, so if you use a "pop-up stopper" you must turn it off before watching the clips.) For tech tips, click here. Thanks to the Television History site for the sets on this page!
These clips require RealPlayer.

Here We Are Again! - Kook-la,
Frahn and O-lée

Tech Notes:These clips are designed to be played on the newer versions of RealPlayer. They will stream quite nicely at 56K, but will pause occasionally at slower modem speeds. If the clips won't play, be sure to download the latest version of RealPlayer - there's a link at the top of the page.
If your connection is slow and the clip stutters, right-click on the clip to open RealPlayer. Then go to Tools > General > Connection > Playback Settings and increase the Buffer time under "More Options." You'll have to wait longer for the clip to start, but it should play smoothly.
Please drop me a note if you have problems!
